Anime Revolution Day 3!

And today was the final day. With no panels anyone really wanted to go to, we slept in late (noon). When we got there, we did final shopping when everything was cheap. I have so many pieces of art!!! I also got colored contacts and some t-shirts for my man.

My friend braved the heat in a full Red 13 (Naniki – Final Fantasy), furry cos-play. This picture was my favorite ask. Most people just sat or stood there (including people not even from the convention!).

Yuffie was there too! Unfortunately we didn’t find her until after Naniki was no more but we still got her picture!

 

Overall the weekend was awesome. I don’t have any pictures of the rave but it was fantastic as well. Although, I hate public transit and big cities. As nice as it is for there to be stuff to do during the night, I am awkward as hell when it comes to that drunk guy talking to us “sexy ladies” or opening his beer on the train. I pretended to be asleep a lot.

Anime Revolution Day 2

So I’m a day late with this post but that’s because last night was the rave and getting home at 3am meant I was fucking TIRED!!!

Saturday was a busy day. We dressed a friend in drag and were JUST too late for the Free! panel. My friend was pretty upset because she’d really been looking forward to it. Instead, we lined up for a Yaoi panel. There were two Yaoi panels. The first was just reading Yaoi manga out loud. This didn’t work out so well since Yaoi is kind of a visual thing and there weren’t slides or anything. The second panel got quite out of hand and I’m not going into it!!! We were helping to create a story. This happened, and during it, I think we covered every kink and fetish, plus created some new ones!

I will update this post when I have the story and art for the mess, written and drawn by a friend.
